It’s probably OK, because it doesn’t explicitly state who is referred to (it starts out as the patriarch), and it is used for effect in the ending when the roles in the house are reversed.
Knives Out is a great movie. And sometimes a joke on a mug, or on a t-shirt, is just a joke.
