Why you don’t talk to the police

This talk by James Duane and George Bruch is about USA:

In Denmark, where the legal system is very different, I’ll still advice you to have legal representation with you, at the minimum from the moment the police informs you of your rights. In every other country – as I mentioned some years ago in a case where the innocent man accused of a crime later died much too young – you should be extremely wary and probably get legal representation right away. In some countries it is legal for the police to lie to you.
