Cuban sounds were a side-effect

The sonic attacks on Canadian and American diplomats were, as expected, not sonic. The perceived sounds were probably a side-effect of the damage inflicted on the brains of those exposed to particularly nasty insecticides. Insecticides that are illegal in most developed countries, but not on Cuba.
