I have written about this before, but only in Danish.
First law: Everything you write will be read. Everything you say will be heard. Everything you do will be seen.
Second law: All data that can be linked will be linked.
Fourth law: All data lives forever.
Fifth law: Negative consequences of data linking will be disproportionally larger for the poorest, those less able to defend themselves.
Yes, the third law is missing but that is the result of chronology. It is related more with life and motivations:
Third law: If there is food there will be something that consumes it, and in human affairs, if there is some way to make money someone will do it.
